Project Phases
Feasibility Studies

Every successful facility begins with the right questions. Prior to the investment decision, production capacity, raw material conditions, facility layout, infrastructure requirements, and economic parameters are evaluated through a holistic approach.The technical and economic framework established at this stage guides all subsequent phases of the project and prevents costly redesigns down the line
Process Design

Based on feasibility findings, the facility's process architecture is developed. Fermentation, separation, drying, molasses preparation, and automation systems are designed not as independent components, but as a single integrated production system. Each process stage is planned in alignment with the next; capacity, efficiency, and product quality objectives are translated into engineering decisions at this phase.
Engineering

Following process design, detailed engineering work is carried out. Equipment specifications, piping and instrumentation diagrams, electrical and automation infrastructure, facility layout plans, and construction requirements are all prepared at this stage. Engineering outputs serve as technical reference documents for the procurement and installation phases.
Equipment Supply

The procurement of equipment and systems in accordance with engineering specifications is managed from a supplier-independent perspective. The most suitable solutions for technical requirements, capacity targets, and facility conditions are identified, and the procurement process is coordinated in terms of quality, delivery, and project timeline.
Installation & Commissioning

The transfer of equipment and systems to the field requires careful engineering oversight. Installation processes are supervised for compliance with technical specifications, and integration between systems is managed with precision. During commissioning, all systems are tested, process parameters are verified, and the process is closely monitored until the facility reaches its targeted production capacity and quality standards.
Training & Support

A facility's performance is directly linked to the competence of the team operating it. Following commissioning, facility operators and technical personnel undergo a comprehensive training program covering process management, equipment operation, and maintenance procedures. Technical support continues after commissioning to ensure long-term operational stability.
